New items with detached tags, and/or opened/used, WILL NOT be accepted for returns. For domestic orders, return requests MUST be made within 7 days of the delivery date . Return requests made after this period will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. The buyer pays for return shipping . If the buyer changes his mind about a product, he is responsible for return shipping Buyers who falsely claim an item was “not as described” are responsible for return shipping. A “ buyer abuse ” case will also be opened with Pricetronic. A 30% restocking fee will also be applied to returns with false “item not described as” claims. If a new item is forcibly returned after being used, or with detached tags, a non-negotiable 30% restocking fee will be applied to recover the decreased value of the item - that is the refund minus 30% of the item total will be issued back to the buyer.
